Fitness in the Park (Ages 18+)
Every Monday for 9 weeks, we will start our week out strong at Memorial Park basketball courts from 6:30AM-7:15AM! We will start with mobility, add in some agility, straight to strength sets and finish with something to get the heart rate up. All levels are welcome. You will need a mat and a set of weights.
PLEASE NOTE: No class on Monday, October 25th. There WILL be class on the holiday - Monday, October 11th.
