Refunds
The Recreation Division must meet instructional and other overhead costs. Refunds for Reading Recreation Division Run Programs will be granted according to the individual requirements of the programs. Please see the program description for a more specific refund policy, if applicable. For events such as trips and special events, refunds will not be granted. Prorated refunds will be granted in the case of illness or injury. A doctor's note may be required. The Recreation Division must be notified, prior to the second class, if you are requesting a prorated refund. No refunds after the second class. Full refunds will be given, if the Recreation Division, due to low enrollment, cancels a program.
A $10 administrative fee will be assessed to all refunds including the case of injury or illness, excluding those programs that are cancelled by the Recreation Division.
