9:00 AM - 12:00 PM    Field Hockey Clinic (Grades 1-9) - Field Hockey Clinic
Join the field hockey coaches and players at Reading Memorial High School for a 4-day clinic.  Coach Holton will be joined by current Varsity players Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM-12:00PM at RMHS Turf 2. We will focus on foundational field hockey skills, game play and fun. Players will practice basic skills such as dribbling, dodging, 1 v 1 defense and shooting. Players will also be able to play in game-like situations and enjoy fun games to practice all skills learned.  All levels encouraged to participate. Activities will be differentiated based on age and skill level, so new and veteran players are welcome!  It's a great way to make new friends, improve your skills, learn new ones and have fun!Equipment Required:  shingaurds, mouth guard, goggles and a field hockey stick* *There will be some field hockey sticks available to borrow, if needed.

Get a leg up on your competition and join current RMHS Varsity Football Coach John Fiore and his staff for a week of action-packed football! Coach Fiore and staff has led his teams to 2 state championships, multiple league championships, and Coach Fiore has received numerous honors including New England Patriots High School Coach of the Week. Participants will receive highly individualized coaching in all phases of football. Run the drills and master the techniques used by one of the top programs in Massachusetts. Along with this high-level instruction, players will participate in skills competitions, team building exercises, and a passing tournament. We will also be joined by some of the most successful players in RMHS history as motivational speakers. Open to players entering 6th through 9th grade in September of 2026. No playing experience is needed! This is a non-contact clinic. Players will just need football cleats and their water bottles. Quarterbacks, punters, & kickers should bring a ball.

This program will group children into their age group to play the following sports:  Basketball, Flag Football, Whiffle Ball, Soccer, Dodgeball and many more!  Multiple sports will be played daily with the focus of having fun!

8:30 AM - 3:00 PM    Rocket Lacrosse Boys Clinic (Grades 3-10) - Rocket Lacrosse Boys Clinic
Rocket Lacrosse Clinic is a lacrosse program for players of all skill levels from grades 3rd -10th. Run by Brendan Murphy, Birch Meadow teacher, former Assistant Coach of the Year, and Offensive Coordinator for Reading High, along with Martin Bowes. Martin is a professional coach, former D1 college player at the University of Hartford and played professionally with the Boston Cannons & Florida Launch. Both Brendan and Martin have extensive experience running lacrosse programs, including Nike camps and coaching all positions.  The focus will be on skills development, fun and social & emotional development using a curriculum that develops skills and concepts with both drills and game play. Prizes will be provided at the end of the week and players will end the week with a personal development plan to take home. It is open to players from Reading and all surrounding communities.Players need to bring a non-peanut snack as well as lunch each day with water.  Additional water will be provided to refill. Equipment Needed:Field Players - Helmet, certified chest protector, elbow pads, gloves, protective cup and cleats or turf shoesGoalies - Helmet w/ throat guard, certified chest protector, gloves, protective cup and cleats or turf shoes
