Join our high-energy Summer Boxing Bootcamp and learn techniques and defensive moves while building strength and endurance in a fun, structured, safe environment. (Participants will not get hit.)

Boxing Fundamentals - Proper stance, footwork and punches
Defense & Movement - Skips, blocks and counters
