Reading Rockets
In collaboration with Reading Recreation we are excited to announce the first annual Friends of Reading Basketball Bonanza! This event is designed to build excitement for the 2024/25 basketball season for both the RMHS Boys and Girls Basketball Programs.

Event Details:
  • Date: Saturday, September 14th
  • Time: 10:00AM - 4:00PM
  • Location: Sturges Park, Reading, MA
  • Who: Boys and Girls in Grades 4-12 (Reading residents only)
  • What to Bring: Water, sneakers, shorts
Event Activities:
  • 3-on-3 Tournament (by grade)
  • Free Throw Shooting Contests
  • Knockout Games
  • Food, Music, Raffles, Special Guest, Appearances by RMHS Varsity Coaches and Players
Registration Fees:
  • 3-on-3 Team Fee:$100 (Register your team today)
  • Free Throw Contest Fee:$25 per entry
  • Knockout Fee:$10 per entry
No prior youth basketball experience is needed to join the fun! We hope to see you there for a day filled with basketball, community spirit, and excitement.
