Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair.  It is also a great form of Yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice and/or particularly to assist those with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down to and up off of the floor.  Light weight training will be incorporated. 

Please bring a mat and weights of 1-5 pounds.
