Reiki
In this series, we will combine meditation with Reiki to relax your body, mind and spirit.  Each hour-long session will begin with a short conversation about a different topic or tool to enhance the feeling of peace and calm in your life.  We will then drop into a guided meditation during which Reiki energy will be offered to each participant.  You will leave each session feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready to embrace your week ahead.  At the end of this five-week series, you will find that peace and calm has permeated into all areas of your life.  No experience necessary.
