Watch your child's confidence soar when you sign them up for boxing and conditioning classes! Participants will get a great workout, gain cardio endurance and learn how to box (but will not get hit). They will learn basic stance, footwork and punching combinations. Each week, they will practice a range of boxing drills on heavy bags and coach-held focus mitts, plus body weight and conditioning exercises.
They will gain:
- Enhanced focus, respect, discipline and confidence
- Improved flexibility and coordination
- Practical self-defense skills
- Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning
- Strength training development
All while having a ton of fun!! Program fee includes six weeks, plus gloves and handwraps.
