Yoga - Flow (Ages 18+)

Vinyasa Flow Yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath.  The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.  This class moves at a faster pace.  Please bring a towel, Yoga mat and water bottle to each class.  This is an intermediate level class.
