Calling all chefs! Join us for a skill-based culinary program designed for young chefs to chop, mix, swirl and cook their way to a new culinary masterpiece each week. With a focus on exciting culinary techniques, fresh flavors, and activities paired with expert instruction, this class delivers the perfect recipe for hands-on learning and fun while nurturing an essential life skill. Learn about kitchen and food safety, knife skills, measuring and mixing methods, ingredient identification, independence in the kitchen and more. We cook with flour, eggs, and dairy in this class but use all nut free ingredients.
Class includes a cloth apron, a cooking journal and sample of the recipe for the family to try. Let's get cooking!
