Yoga Kids
In this playful yoga class designed especially for elementary-aged children, they will learn yoga poses, breathing and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross motor skills and improve concentration.  Each child should bring a water bottle and a mat to every class.
