Roblox Coding (Ages 7-14)

Code Wiz will be running this virtual program via Zoom meeting. All students will need to have the zoom app installed on their computer prior to the class to connect to the meeting link. A Code Wiz coordinator will be sending out the zoom link for the class to all parents of participants and it will include all instructions needed for the class.  Please note that in order to participate in this virtual program, you will need either a PC or a Mac.  Chromebooks are NOT suitable for this program.

Become a Roblox game wiz using Lua programming! Create versions of your fairytale universe with Roblox.  Robolox studio has all the tools to make your wildest gaming imaginations a reality.  

In this class, you and other passionate kids will learn how to make use of the many tools on Roblox to code terrific games, relaying your imaginative capabilities to the world. By using Lua, you’ll be creating extensions to the Roblox game while fostering your creativity and learning real-world computer coding.

Students will be placed in the appropriate level based on their experience:
- Intro (Code Your Own Games/Obstacle Course)
- Intermediate (Create Your Own Adventure/Scavenger Hunt)
- Advanced (Battle Royale/Tycoon Games)
