you feeling out of sorts, tense and stressed?  This class will revitalize your body, relax the mind, increase energy and reduce stress.  Linking together traditional yoga poses to create strength, flexibility and balance - you will learn a whole new understanding of mind/body awareness.  This class is for all levels and abilities.  Please bring a towel, yoga mat and water to every class.
