Join certified running coach and fitness instructor, Alison Connelly, for this class specifically designed for your young athlete. The focus will be to work on speed, endurance, strength and core in a fun environment. The winter months can be long and kids may not be moving as much as they should be! This class will get them moving and sweating as we will build intensity each week. The goal will be to get them in shape and ready for their spring season as well as to begin to introduce the importance of being fit and how to create healthy habits. Studies show that the younger these habits are formed, as kids grow they will maintain a healthy life style into adulthood.
