For the past 32 years, Elite Freestyle Karate has helped thousands of children improve their confidence, focus, self-discipline, respect and leadership in the Reading, Winchester, Lexington and Bedford communities. We begin by teaching students valuable life skills in a positive family environment. Students will develop an overall winning attitude while improving fitness and learning self-defense.
