Tennis, Quickstart (Ages 12-18) Spring • Register • View Cart •

Reading Recreation and USPTA Tennis Professional Gregg Luongo are teaming up again to bring you this spring time favorite. The Spring program is a great way to introduce or build upon existing skills. The Spring program consists of 6 group lessons on a weekly basis (Tuesdays or Thursdays only). Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Average ratio of participants to instructors in a given session will be a minimum of 4:1 and a maximum of 6:1.

The Quickstart Tennis Program (Ages 12-18) is for children who are ready to learn and develop basic fundamentals of forehands, backhands, serves and volleys for practice drills and skill games. Players at the higher level will be developing skills in rallying, control and point play.  This is a great class for those looking ahead to high school tennis.  The Spring Quickstart Tennis Program (Ages 12-18) is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

Parents are asked to place children respective to their age and ability.  If a child is misplaced, he/she may be switched.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact  Gregg Luongo at rectennisgregg@gmail.com or Reading Recreation. 

If a class has to be cancelled due to weather, all make-ups are scheduled directly with Gregg Luongo.

LOCATION: Please note that all Spring tennis programs are held at the Memorial Park tennis courts.  Once the RMHS Tennis team finishes their season, the program may be moved to the Reading Community Tennis Courts at the High School.
