Red Roots Wrestling Clinic (Grades 4-9)

The clinic is geared towards kids that have completed at least 2 years of an advanced youth program AND have competed on a dual meet teams or competed in tournaments this past season. It will focus on fine tuning wrestling skills and learning more advanced techniques. Time will be devoted to fast pace drilling and live wrestling. Program is open to students entering the 4th-9th grade.  Multiple college wrestlers and coaches will be demonstrating.  Wrestlers will receive a clinic shirt.
