Yoga Kidz (Ages 5-11) - Yoga Kidz (Ages 5-10) - Winter/Spring Session II Let's build strength, flexibility and confidence! We'll have fun with Yoga with themed activities, stretch it out, and enjoy mindful moments. Class is geared towards physical and emotional well-being. We'll practice poses, build strength, develop focus, enhance flexibility, and enjoy moments to practice mindfulness. We will incorporate Yoga games set to music and with meaningful themes each week! Bring your mat and water bottle to each class.Instructor: Connie Pustorino
