Get outside and enjoy the weather with fitness instructor, Lisa Zucchero!  The Outdoor bootcamp class is a great way to mix up your workout routine and challenge yourself in a different way.  Each week will include small amounts of running, intervals, body weight exercises and core!  All levels are welcome and workouts can be modified as needed. This class will take place on Tuesday/Thursday of each week.
